The iFi Audio iSilencer+ applies effective filtering by connecting directly between your computer and your DAC. It eliminates electrical noise and EMI / RFI interference for clear, accurate and faithful sound reproduction.

An USB connection, while it allows high-resolution and bit-perfect data of the connected audio device to be passed through, was not created specifically for audio. However, it carries both data and power, which means that there is a risk of electrical noise from, for example, the power supply of your computer. The iFi Audio iSilencer+ solves this problem by applying effective filtering by connecting directly between your computer and your DAC. It eliminates electrical noise and EMI/RFI interference for clear, accurate and faithful sound reproduction, while improving bass.

The iSilencer+ can also be used on an unused USB port of a computer or DAC to reduce EMI interference. Each doubling of the number of units doubles the noise suppression capability.

The iSilencer+ is a direct enhancement of the iDefender 3.0, now taking advantage of the Active Noise Cancellation 2 technology as well as the REbalance technology to remove distortion.
